Nathan possesses an extensive background as a corporate attorney where he has successfully completed hundreds of various contractual transactions, navigated complex regulatory frameworks, and favorably resolved countless disputes for his clients. He has worked in private practice and as the General Counsel for start-up, closely-held, and private equity backed companies within the energy, construction, and franchising industries.

Nathan is licensed to practice law in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law after earning an academic scholarship. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University where he graduated with honors.
